A 3D design is a set of drawings and specifications which detail the entire project. In order to prepare a proposal, ETI  must know exactly what you need, what you might want to include and perhaps what you might hope to add to have the basement of your dreams.

We will work together with you to create the best concept layout for your basement. Designer will take measurements and make notes in order to provide the framework for your scale drawing than you receive in a package by mail which includes a CD with pictures and 3D walk through.

These specifications must include: type, grade, size and shape of windows, doors, floors, wall coverings, light fixtures, receptacles, insulation, air conditioning unit ...and much, much more. This plan takes time, but it is the key to a successful, on-time, on-budget project.

Thanks to the design plan, construction begins with the right materials and with the proper crew. Day by day, another phase of the project is visible...the marble fireplace...the unique lighting, etc. Before you know it, your new basement is ready for you to enjoy.
