Design project, view drawings and 3D pictures, design specifications for you to ..achieve a proper idea.

Design development, client is asked to review final details and specifications of the drawings.

Approval of a final design.

STEP THREE: Estimate/Proposal/Contract

Written detailed estimate that reflects the cost of your project.

Scheduling starting date and duration of a project.

Review designs and specifications.

Review terms and conditions.

Cost of project.

Finalize financial agreement.

Building permits etc.

STEP FOUR: Making it work by communicating effectively

Ongoing communication between client and construction team.

Ask questions, be available and stay in touch.

Keep up to date with payments.
