Founded in 1999, ETI Remodeling is a design/build construction company that specializes in basement remodeling. We deliver a wide range of basement project in the Chicago metropolitan and Midwest regional markets.

ETI Remodeling is credited with pioneering a number of innovations in the basement remodeling services and basement design.  

In 2002, a small construction business opened in Mount Prospect, Illinois gaining the trust of new clients the company began to grow.

Today ETI specializes in significant residential construction projects requiring unique technical expertise in the form of high-quality craftsmanship, structural knowledge, and a design-build, collaborative approach.
