We begin with commitment-free goals and budget meeting. Our designer spends time understanding your design and functional goals. Without financial planning and budgeting we are unable to determine the extent of the project. So in order to put your vision into reality we have to determine how much money you are willing spend

At this stage, we provide you with computer-generated drawings for thorough review, along with revised investment figures. 3D rendering and virtual tour let you see your project before you start remodeling.

ETI coordinates final details with you if there are any adjustments that you and your family want to implement we can do it at this stage at no cost. You’ll be free to dream, while the designer thinks through all the measurements, material coordination, and construction techniques that we will use. 

After approving final plans, figures and starting date, we're ready to sign the Construction Agreement and assign your project to our schedule. Preconstruction meeting is held a week before the start of your project, allowing the lead carpenter and manager to ensure a timeline and quality for your remodeling project. 

Because most of the work is done using our own people and our own equipment, quality control, continual supervision and tidiness remain constants. From framing out walls to handling electrical wiring to hanging your cabinets, we take great pride in smooth completion of your remodeling project.
