Mechanical construction: Electrical, plumbing, heating… Basically everything that is invisible but most important for full functionality, safety and life expectancy of a basement. Most of mechanical requires an inspection.

Carpentry: From hanging drywall to a completed basement, carpentry plays the biggest role in the final look of your project. This is where you will really see your basement take shape and how it’s starting to look like the design. Especially when drywall is finished and all the messy work is behind us, it is the most exciting part of remodeling.
